Bad Mouth

bad body
doesn’t contort right
but distorts light
with its uncomfortable aberration
to acrid sensation

bleeds with the colors
and streaks weird

your red aura
has a suspense of its own – a gravitational pull

it’s when the words start to break down that i keep that keepsake close
because you’re one bad cutout
and there’s a whole lot of me to go around
